DELIVERY FEES AND TIME:
Important information about delivery times and freight.
FRESH FLOWERS
Same day delivery to all locations Australia wide. Please ensure orders are in before 1pm. If you have an urgent delivery after this time please call us to see what we can do for you.
No delivery charge applies to flower orders.
Sunday deliveries are not currently available except for special occasions such as Mothers Day.
Valentines Day orders should be placed as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
GIFT BASKETS - FREE DELIVERY FOR MARCH!
Capital/Major cities & towns. Orders placed before midday will be delivered overnight to all major Australian cities & towns. $16 delivery charge applies.
Regional Areas - Orders placed before midday will be delivered in 1-2 days to all Australian regional areas.
Please allow extra times for remote areas.
Weekend Orders: Please note:
- Gift baskets are not delivered on weekends.
- Orders placed BEFORE 1PM will be delivered the next business day (ie, Monday*).
- Orders placed AFTER 3PM on Friday will not be dispatched until the next business day (ie Monday* for arrival on Tuesday).
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
* Freight amount is calculated on destination per basket. Please contact Bouquets and Baskets as discounts apply on bulk orders shipped to the same address.
* Where necessary, all hampers on our site are shipped on the day of order for same day delivery to Newcastle and surrounding major areas.
* Bouquets & Baskets only use quality couriers delivering door to door. These include Australian Air Express, Fastway Couriers & Australia Post. All hampers have their own unique tracking code so we can ensure each and every gift is delivered.
  
* We are able to deliver hampers to PO Boxes.
* Whilst we endeavour to deliver by the date requested, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation of an order. We will ensure it is delivered as soon as possible & are happy to contact the recipient to let them know there is a gift on it's way.
* If the recipient's address is incorrect we are happy to have the parcel re-directed, please notify us as soon as you can. Unfortunately we will be charged to have the gift re-sent and will have to pass that cost onto you at $14.50 per hamper.
* If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery & you have given no instructions to leave the parcel:
Air Express will leave a calling card instructing to pick the parcel up at the nearest Post Office or their depot.
Fastway will leave a calling card requesting you contact them for the hamper to be sent back out. (If going to the same address you will not be charged re-delivery)
Australia Post will leave a calling card notifying that the parcel is ready for collection at the nearest Post Office.
* Bouquets & Baskets is not responsible for the gift delivery.Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
* CHRISTMAS ORDERS must be placed before the second week of December to ensure delivery on time. Deliveries after this date cannot be guaranteed.
* Please note that gift basket deliveries are NOT POSSIBLE ON WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. In some circumstances local deliveries in Newcastle can be accommodated.
