If an item is unavailable from our suppliers, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item of at least equal quality and value.

In accordance with the Liquor Act 1982, it is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. It is an offence if delivery of any liquor via orders taken over the internet, phone or fax is taken by a minor.

All hampers containing alcohol can only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18.

To cancel, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

* If your gift has not been dispatched, we will happily cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.

* If your gift has been dispatched and has not yet been delivered, we will only refund you 50% of the order total.

* If your gift has been dispatched and delivered, unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a refund.

In the unlikely event your gift is damaged in transit or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately on 1300 210 217. Each situation is dealt with on a case by case basis.

How long will balloons stay afloat?

We use a special conditioner inside the latex balloons so they will stay afloat for 24hours.

Our 22cm and 10cm foil balloons are filled with Air so should stay up for a very long time (weather permitting)

Our 45cm & Mega helium balloons should stay up for 2-3 days; may be longer if they are not exposed to heat, wet or extreme cool conditions.

Where do you deliver your balloons to?

We are only able to deliver helium and latex balloons in our local Newcastle – Cessnock – Maitland regions as they do not travel well overnight by Air or Road freight. If you need balloons out of our region give us a call as we do have alternative companies we may be able to suggest.

10cm and 22cm are fine to be delivered nationally and can be added to any hamper or flowers.

Latex Allergies?

Some hospitals have a policy where latex balloons are not permitted in certain wards or the ICU. Please check with the hospital if unsure.

Do you service parties or themed events?

We currently do not service parties or themed events for balloons.
